  1. Order Processing Time

Once your order at Nirmal Ayurveda is placed, we process it timely for delivery on time.

  • Processing Time: Processing time will be within 1-2 working days i.e. between Monday and Friday, provided that it does not fall on the weekend or any public holiday.
  • Tailor-made Products or Services: Some orders, for example, might be similar to a specially prepared Ayurvedic health product or a particular type of consultation. These require more time to process due to the complexity of the order. We will inform you in case this is true with an updated delivery date.

We will send a confirmation and shipping message from our mailbox after processing your order. We will also be able to give you the tracking number by email, if possible, given our shipping method.

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We use reliable courier services to ship your Ayurvedic products and treatments. Shipping time depends on the shipping option you selected, as well as the destination. Standard shipping is the default shipping option. It normally delivers in 5-7 business days for local orders in India. International shipments and all other customs clearance would follow some specific delivery times, depending on the destination country. International deliveries normally take 7-14 business days.

For quicker delivery services, we also have Express Shipping, delivered within 2-4 business days for local orders in your location, while international express delivery takes a little bit more time. There’s no shipping charge for online meetings or in-person meetings; however, if you place an order of any health product or recommendation by meeting, it will follow the standard delivery time of your product order.

  1. Shipping Address 

Take care when ordering to make sure your shipping information is correct and complete. Incorrect and incomplete addresses will cause a delay in getting the package or even not delivering the package to you.

  • Address Verification: We check all shipment addresses for your order in order to ensure correct and timely delivery. In case your order cannot be delivered due to the absence or incompleteness of information, we may be forced to contact you for an explanation, resulting in a delay in your delivery.
  • Ship Change: If you want to change your shipping address, do it before your order has been processed. After your order has been shipped, we cannot change a delivery address.
  1. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation containing tracking information. You can track your package by visiting the courier’s website and entering the tracking number available. Tracking Information-Allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be accessible following the receipt of the confirmation email. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not have a tracking problem with your order.

  1. Missing or Delayed Packages

While we take every precaution to get your order to you when you want it, some factors out of our hands like rain, processing at customs, and courier delays may sometimes delay these deliveries. If a parcel to you has not arrived within a time longer than the estimated delivery time it is perfectly alright to contact us. We would be able to assist you in tracing and dealing with the courier service in order to resolve problems.

  1. Damaged Items

If the product is damaged on arrival, please let us know within 7 days from the delivery date. For claims with the shipping carrier, we would require photographic proof of the product.

  • Replacing Procedure: Once we confirm that there was damage in shipping, we’ll be able to expedite a free-of-charge replacement for the product or, if out of stock, we shall give you store credit.
  • Packaging Damage: If the outer package has been damaged but the actual product is in a good state, then we may not entertain any replacement if the product is also found to be damaged. Inspect the package contents as soon as you receive your order.
  1. International Shipping

We do ship internationally on some products. For our customers outside of India, shipping is available on selected products. You should note that: There are no taxes or import charges on products or shipping duties. However, the supplemental charges need to be borne by the customer, and these charges are collected at delivery time through a courier. International deliveries take about 7-14 business days, depending on where your package needs to go and local customs clearance procedures. Sometimes, these clearances will be delayed, but these procedures are beyond our control.

Once shipped, there is no chance of canceling a processed order; however, if you want to cancel your order once shipped, do get in touch with us promptly, and we’ll further help you with the cancellation process.
