All products, including herbal remedies, supplements, oils, and other Ayurvedic goods, sold by Nirmal Ayurveda are non-returnable or exchangeable. This includes products that are opened as well as ones that are not opened. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of our items except when the product is defective or damaged when shipped.

Our Ayurvedic consultation services our online and in-office consultations follow the **No Refund, No Exchange** policy. After receiving the consultation fee and the consultation service rendered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you are not pleased with the consultation or service, please contact us directly.
